Exchange and Refund Policy

Surgimedcare tries its best in terms of products and policies. We do it to ensure that our customers get the best experience. In this regard, our exchange and refund policy includes the precise set of conditions which facilitate you. It is better to understand these before buying from us and filling an exchange or refund. Our policy simply includes these terms:

Accepted Time Period for Returns

For every product, we accept returns up to 30 days. This return is applicable if you receive our products as faulty. In this time period, you can claim a refund. However, we will require three weeks to process your claim.

Receive Full Refund

Our policy to facilitate a full refund against any claim is subject to the product’s condition. A perfectly intact condition is the parameter to provide a full refund. In this condition reach out to our customer care to make such a claim against all our online sales.

Claiming Exchange

Our exchange offer is also valid for 30 days from delivery. This can be used to create a different product from an already acquired product. However, our products can be exchanged for some gift cards.

Refund Preference

In case of a refund in our exchange and refund policy, we normally deliver refunds to your credit cards. But, you can receive your refund in a gift card. However, if you order from multiple gift cards, the first one will get preference.

Claiming Return

Claiming a return for any of our products is very easy. Just follow this process to make this claim:

  • Make the decision to claim before the accepted time period expires
  • Send the products back to our address to claim the return
  • Maintain proof of your shipment or courier safe with you

Claiming Exchange

Claiming an exchange as per our exchange and refund policy is the same as a return. However, you need to specify the method how you would like to claim the exchange. Overall the procedure include:

  • Reach out before the accepted time period to claim expires
  • Send us the product for which you need the exchange
  • Clearly state whether you want another product or a gift card
  • Keep the proof of your claim and shipment safe with you

Policy Regarding Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Bearing all sorts of duties, fees, and taxes whether that be international, national, or even local is the responsibility of the customer. Surgimedcare bears no responsibility of this both in the case of original delivery and later with exchange and refund delivery.

Processing Time for Exchange and Refund

Both claims i.e. exchange and refund take about 10-15 days for customers in the United States. However, we deliver our products all around the world. As a result, our processing for your claims take more time. This time could increase depending on your locations around the world.
